Delivery Policy

1. Delivery area

Online ordering and delivery are currently available only within Jordan.

International delivery is temporarily unavailable at checkout and will not be accepted until FUGO enables it.

2. Jordan delivery fees

Delivery costs 2 JOD in Amman and 3 JOD elsewhere in Jordan.

The applicable fee is calculated from the customer’s selected Google Maps location and shown before the order is placed.

Orders are normally delivered on the next business day after order confirmation and any required email verification.

3. Order verification

Orders may be verified by email before dispatch.

An order may be held until required verification is completed.

4. Delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate:

• Recipient name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Country;
• City and area;
• Street and building information;
• Postal code where applicable; and
• Any necessary delivery instructions.

FUGO is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

5. Delivery attempts

The courier may contact the recipient to confirm or complete delivery.

If the recipient cannot be reached, provides incorrect information or is unavailable, another attempt may be arranged. Additional delivery or return costs may apply where communicated and permitted by law.

6. Order inspection

Inspect the parcel and product after delivery.

If the order is damaged, leaking, unexpectedly unsealed, defective or incorrect, contact FUGO as soon as reasonably possible and follow the Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

7. Delayed or unavailable orders

If a product becomes unavailable or delivery is materially delayed, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

If we cannot fulfil a prepaid order, we will offer an appropriate replacement where available or issue a refund to the original payment method.
